We think it’s fabulous to be lesbian, gay or bisexual.

We’re here to provide help and support to same-sex attracted young people so that you can live happy and fulfilled lives too.

We ‘get’ you. We are all lesbian, gay or bisexual ourselves and we understand the challenges you face in your life. Whether you’re worried about coming out to your family, imagining what life will be like as an LGB person feel isolated, have relationship problems or are experiencing bullying, we’re here to listen and support.

The experience of coming out as lesbian, gay or bisexual is different for everyone and you may already have an idea of how your big news might go down with family and friends. Whether you think it’ll be received well or badly, live-chat with us about your hopes and your fears.

"Relationships! It's a disaster."

Whether you’re heartbroken over a relationship that’s ended or worried that you’ll never meet someone at all, feelings about finding or maintaining relationships can be overwhelming. We’re here for you if you want to share.

"The bullying is really getting me down."

Bullying can be physical or involve the threat of physical harm but it can be emotional too. Have you been excluded from friendship groups or harassed on social media for being lesbian, gay or bisexual? Get in touch because a problem shared is a problem halved.

FAQs

Is this service confidential?

Yes. All of the conversations we have will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third party, unless you are in immediate danger.

Do I have to give my real name?

No. We will ask some questions about your age and whether you are male or female so that we can answer appropriately. We will also ask you where in the country you live so that we can figure out where the need for support is greatest.

Is there any other way to get in touch?

Yes, if you don’t feel like live-chatting, you can email us instead. Someone will get back to you with a response within 48 hours.

How is this different to an LGBTQ+ Helpline?

Anyone that you chat with will be lesbian, gay or bisexual and will believe that biological sex is real and cannot be changed. We’re here to help you with any issues or worries you may have about being same-sex attracted.
